Refund policy

We want you to love your Flora Andes order. If something isn't right, we're happy to help.

Unopened Products
Take your time — you have 30 days from delivery to return unopened items for a refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable on orders under $60, and the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

Opened Products
If your skin had a reaction, or something arrived less than perfect, we want to know. Email us at orders@floraandes.com with your order number, and we'll take care of you — whether that's a refund or a replacement.

How to Start a Return
Email us at orders@floraandes.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll guide you from there.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear.
